I'm very happy with all the products I've ordered.
I've never used foundation (I'm 73), because I hate the mask effect on the face, both visually and in terms of how it feels on the skin. With bff de-stress, I really found a wonderful product that I apply every morning with great pleasure.
The colors of the lipstick, blush and eye shadow were very well chosen by your makeup assistant, my morning routine is a joyful experience every day.
So, thank you !

You were unable, after many complaints from me, to deliver the product. I live in South Kensington and receive on average two packages a day. I did receive your skin care line promptly on my first order but the make up line after many delays ended up at a pick up spot at Chelsea Hospital of which I am unable to access. I am afraid I became so frustrated that I angrily cancelled the order to my regret as I love your products.

I’m really impressed with this brand , exceeded my expectations and the find your perfect shade is really accurate ! I think I will become an even more satisfied customer in the future . Best concealer for under eyes I have ever found . Well done Trinny 👍

I have been replacing my skincare with Trinny for a bit and have loved it. My latest order completed that transition. However, my order was stuck in customs for some reason and was delayed for more over a week. Emma was extremely helpful in contacting FedEx (who would not communicate to me in person) from the Trinny side to spur delivery and I received my order in 2 days.

Unfortunately, one of my products had been too jostles and the Plump Up pump had broken and the product had spilled out. Ian was empathetic and helpful and quickly posted a replacement.

I am a big fan of Trinny’s products and no her team!

Small Problem with my Order . Once I emailed Customer Service My issue was Promptly sorted and another Product is on its way .Thank you IAN who I Corresponded with for his Patience .

Excellent service and aftercare. I had a mild allergy to one of the products. Customer service genuinely cared did a thorough investigation and gave me invaluable advice and gave me an immediate refund.

I love Trinnys' products, ethos and values.

Beautiful products that smell and feel amazing. Importantly the products perform as promised. Need to use very little product to a achieve results.

I love Trinny make up and re ordered the lash2brow in Cappuccino. The brow brush end was excellent but the mascara end was quite dry, didn’t seem to have mascara on the wand at all.
I emailed Trinny London customer services and the fabulous Ian emailed me within 24hrs apologising (wasn’t his fault) and is sending me a replacement mascara.
This is customer service at its best so thank you :)

All the products I have bought have been beautiful. The BFF cream is some sort of magic on my skin! Also everything is cruelty free and this is very important to me, being vegan.

Lovely products and excellent customer service.
I have purchased a number of Trinny London products and I love them all. Eye2eye eyeshadow is the best I have ever used. I have very sensitive eyes but have found the matte Eye2eye shades perfect for me. Easy to apply and beautiful.
I had an issue with a product I had bought. Sophie replied to my email so quickly and the issue was resolved within 48 hours. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

Awful customer service. Used love chat as an order placed a week ago has still not been shipped - was met with “may”, “should”, “hopefully” but no assurance that the order will ship. Have spent hundreds with Trinny - might be an idea to invest some of that cash in a decent customer support model.

First purchase just received a duo cream eyeshadow. The smallest eyeshadows I have ever bought. The texture is not good and look terrible on my eyes. Not value for money. First and last purchase

I love Trinny makeup.
Recently my parcel did not get delivered and was sent back to the warehouse, Sophie from Trinny emailed me her customer service was excellent and she has re-sent the items. Highly recommended.
